Ingredients used in GINGER KARAM
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Urad dal - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 4 springs.
• Dry red chillies - 5-6 numbers.
• Ginger(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, urad dal, coriander seeds, curry leaves, dry red chillies, ginger and saute it .
  • Take a mixie jar and add salt, above sauteed ingredients and blend into powder.

Now ginger karam is ready to serve with dosa.
