RIDGE GOURD TOMATO CHUTNEY

Ingredients used in RIDGE GOURD TOMATO CHUTNEY
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chana dal - 1-2 teaspoons.
• Ridge gourd - 250 grams.
• Dry mango - 5-10 grams.
• Tomato - 2 numbers.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, chana dal, ridge gourd, dry mango, tomato, coriander leaves, curry leaves, salt and saute it for 3 minutes.
  • Transfer into mixie jar and blend into smooth paste.

Now ridge gourd chutney is ready to serve with dosa or rice.
