Ingredients used in Sorakaya Kofta
• salt accordin fto taste To Taste.
• red chilli powder 1 table spoon Tablespoons.
• oil for deep fry To Fry.
• garam masala 1 table spoon Tablespoons.
• gram flour 3 table spoons Tablespoons.
• corn flour 2 to 3 table spoons Tablespoons.
• ginger garlic paste 4 table spoons Tablespoons.
• green chillies 4 Numbers.
• tomato 1 Large.
• onion 1 Large.
• sorakaya 1 Large.
• turmeric pinch Pinch.
• curry leaves 1 whole Leaf.
• corriander leaves 1/2 bunch Bunch.
• cumin,corriander powder 1 table spoon Tablespoons.
How to make the recipe:

First Grate sorakaya and sqeeze out the water from it and keep it on a paper towel and then take it in to a bowl and add the below ingredients salt--according to taste red chilli powder-1/2 table spoon turmeric--a pinch ginger garlic paste--2 table spoons garam masala---1/2 table spoon corn flour--3 table spoons gram flour--3 table spoons mix all the above ingredients and make them as small balls(like gulab jamuns) and keep it a side.Now take a pan and put oil for deep frying the above balls,once oil is heated fry them and keep it a side. take another pan for curry and add oil 2 to 3 tea spoons and add churry leaves ,chopped onion,green chillies and mix it well and cover it with a lid,once the onion becomes light glod colour then add ginger garlic paste and when it is done andd chopped tomatoes,turmeric,salt,red chilli powder and mix it well and cover the lid,when the tomato is done with cooking add water and cover it with a lid ,when the water becomes boil add 1 table spoon on cumin,acorriander powder,and when the water boils and becomes a thick gravy at that point of time add the balls which we done at first,sprinkle 1/2 a tea spoon of garam masala and mix too much,add corriader leaves.
