Ingredients used in Sweet corn masala vadalu-1
• Sweet corns soaked - 2 cups.
• Onions sliced - half cup.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Rice flour - 1 cup.
• Chopped coriander - 1 bunch.
• Soaked bengal gram - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chilies - 6 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Whole garam masala - 1(1/2) tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Onions chopped - half cup.
Method:
  • In a mixie jar, add soaked sweet corns, green chilies, sliced onions and grind them to make a thick paste.
  • Now take the mixture in a bowl and add remaining chopped onions, rice flour, chopped coriander leaves, soaked bengal gram, whole garam masala, ginger garlic paste, salt as required and mix it well.
  • Then take this mixture in hand and make patties.
  • Deep fry the patties in hot oil untill golden brown in color and serve them hot with curry leaves chutney.
