THICK CURRY LEAF GRAVY

Ingredients used in THICK CURRY LEAF GRAVY
• Onion - 1 number.
• Coconut - 1 tea spoon.
• Dhania - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilli - 8 piece.
• Jeera - 1 tea spoon.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 2 cup.
• Tamarind paste - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Heat the pan, pour oil into it. When hot, fry the red chilli, jeera, and dhania, curry leaves, coconut in the same sequence. Grind it.
  • Now splutter the mustard seeds, fry the onions, pour the tamarind paste. When it boils, add this ground paste.
  • Add salt as needed and boil the whole mixture till it gets thick.

It cures constipation, hairfall, good for GI problems.
