Ingredients used in UBBU ROTI
• Rice flour - 1 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1 tablespoons.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
Method:

1. Boil the water by adding salt and oil. 2. In a bowl add rice flour, 1 tbsp of all purpose flour and boil water and make it into a soft dough. 3. And divide the dough into small dumplings then roll it like a small phulka by adding flour. 4. Take gently and add on heated flat pan, heat on both sides for a less than a minute, then transfer it to direct high flame or to a mesh and cook the phulka on both sides. 5. Once it puffs, remove it from flame immediately using the tongs. 6. Serve Ubbu roti with onion chutney.

Hi Vahchef Ragini, I make these rotis almost the same type you made, but I apply some water once I put the rolled roti on the tava so that it comes out soft. I just love all your Vah recipes and I have tried most of them. It really came out fantastic

I tried this recipe.. the roti really came very soft and tasty... i felt this is the easy method to prepare than the regular rice flour roti's..?
