WARQI PARATHA

Ingredients used in WARQI PARATHA
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Fennel powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Milk - 1/4 cup.
• Ghee - 1-2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, sugar, fennel powder, salt and mix nicely.
  • To it add milk, little water and mix nicely to make a dough.
  • Dust some flour and roll like thick chapathi, apply ghee and fold it like as shown in video.
  • Again dust some flour, roll it and repeat same process for another 3 times.
  • Place on hot tawa and apply ghee and cook it.
  • Cut into pieces and transfer into serving plate.

Now warqi paratha is ready to serve.
