- Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, sugar, fennel powder, salt and mix nicely.
- To it add milk, little water and mix nicely to make a dough.
- Dust some flour and roll like thick chapathi, apply ghee and fold it like as shown in video.
- Again dust some flour, roll it and repeat same process for another 3 times.
- Place on hot tawa and apply ghee and cook it.
- Cut into pieces and transfer into serving plate.
Now warqi paratha is ready to serve.
