WHEAT FLOUR ATTU

Ingredients used in WHEAT FLOUR ATTU
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Chickpea flour - 1/4 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add wheat flour, chickpea flour, salt, water and mix it to make the dosa batter consistency.
  • Heat the tawa and add one ladle full of batter and spread it like dosa.
  • Cook it on both sides with little oil.

Now the wheat flour attu is ready to serve with thick mango juice.
