Ingredients used in Wheat Flour Sev
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Chickpea flour (less than ½ cup) - 2 tablespoons.
• Asafoetida - 1 pinch.
• Carom seeds - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Red chilly powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water (to mix dough) - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add wheat flour, chickpea flour, asafoetida, carom seeds, red chilly powder, salt and mix nicely, later mix it using water to make slightly tightly dough.
  • Divide into big portions and place in tiny holes murukku press
  • Press it in hot oil and deep fry , later transfer into a plate.

Now wheat flour sev is ready to serve.
