Directions \| How to make Bhindi Masala

1. Wash the Bhindi (okra) and keep aside to dry. 2. Crush the garlic to a paste 3. In a bowl add the corinder powder , Red chilli powder, Salt , turmeric and the garlic paste. 4. Wipe each Bhindi cut some f the top and bottom portions and make a lengthwise slit for filling. 5. fill each bhindi with the masala. 6. put oil in a pan and put all the bhindi's 7. Let it cook for 7 mins (stir occasionally).
