KAZHUKATTAI OF DIFFERENT TASTES (GHANAPATHI POOJA SPECIAL)

Ingredients used in KAZHUKATTAI OF DIFFERENT TASTES (GHANAPATHI POOJA SPECIAL)
• Jaggery - 1 cup.
• Channa dhal, sesame, coconut - 1 cup.
• Rice flour - 1 cup.
• Salt to taste - to taste.
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
Method:
boil the water , add salt n 2 spoons of oil r ghee n then put off the stove n add rice flour n make it like a chappathi dough with a ladle without any lumps in it...then boil channadhal n grind it coarsely n add with jaggery for stuffing...r either add grinded sesame with jaggery r coconut with jaggery.......make a small ball with the rice flour and flatten it like a bowl shaped n then keep the needed stuffing inside n steam it in a idli pan...now ur kozhukattai is ready to serve to make spicy kozhukattai, put oil in a pan n put musturds, channa dhal, onions, greenchiilies, coconut n add it to the same dough n steam it in the idli pan
