Ingredients used in Hara Bhara Chat
• Salt - to taste.
• Geen chutney - 2 tablespoons.
• Garam masala - 1 tablespoon.
• Sugar - 1 tablespoon.
• Boiled green peas - 200 grams.
• Green chilli paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Fresh coriander - 1 cup.
• Potato boiled and mashed - 500 grams.
• Red chutney - 2 tablespoons.
• Sliced onion - 1 no.
• Sliced tomato - 1 no.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
Mix all potato mixture and divide into 2 portions and keep aside. Heat oil and add all green peas mixture and cook for 2minutes. Grease a baking bowl with 1tablespoon.oil and spread halfof the potato mixture. Press well. Spread green chutney over it and then spread green peas mixture. Now spread the red chutney. Put the remaining potato mixture, press well. Apply 1 tablespoon. oil over it. Bake in the oven at 200c till it becomes brown. Decorate with tomato and onion slices.
