Ingredients used in RICE FLOUR MURUKKU
• Rice flour - 1 cup.
• Roasted chana dal powder - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Carom seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add rice flour, roasted chana dal powder, sesame seeds, carom seeds, butter, red chili powder, salt, butter, turmeric powder and mix nicely.
  • Add little water and make slightly tight dough.
  • Take small dumpling and place inside sev machine and press with hands in hot oil.
  • Once it become crispy transfer into paper towel.

Now rice flour murukku is ready to serve.
