Directions | How to make Mussel Cutlet-Mangalore Style
 
1. In warm water put mussels once they open up remove it from shells and throw shells.Chop Onions. 2.Add mussels,onion and all other masala and mix it well. 3.In a frying pain healt oil and fry these like cutlets. Other variation you can skip onion and mix mussel with other ingredients and fry.
