Recipe of bread halwa

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Cardimon 4 Numbers
Deshi Ghee 1/2 Cup
Suger 5 Tablespoons
Egg 2 Numbers
Bread 4 Slice
Evaported Milk 1 Can
Cinnamon 1 Stricks


put all breads into a can of evaporated milk and let it soak for 30 mins. on the other hand take two eggs mix them well and add suger and mix again. then in a blender take bread and milk mixer, egg and suger mixter and blend them well. then in a nonstick pan pour that mixter and add deshi ghee and cardimon, cinamon, turn on the stove on a medium high flame, stir continuously, within 15 mins the mixter will lose all water , continue stiring, when the mixter will losssing ghee and will be dry then turn off the stove. spread some ghee on a plate and pour the halwa and let if cool down. then spread the halwa on the plate and make barfi.
