Recipe of Chicken pakoda

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Ginger-Garlic paste  1 Teaspoons
Chopped Onion  1 Numbers
each Chopped Green Chillies  1-2 Numbers
Salt  1 1/2 Teaspoons
Ground Cumin  1 Teaspoons
chicken (without skin & bones)  500 Grams
Vinegar  2 Teaspoons
Curd  1 Cup
Lemon juice  1 Teaspoons

Directions
Put everything but chicken and batter in blender and blend till fine Marinate the chicken pcs with the resulting mixture Keep in the fridge for 40 minutes. Put chicken in batter Deep fry it until its colour changes to golden brown Condiments Serve the chicken pakora with coriander or mint chutney or tomato ketchup
