Recipe of Chicken pakoda

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 Teaspoons
Chopped Onion 1 Numbers
Each Chopped Green Chillies 1-2 Numbers
Salt 1 1/2 Teaspoons
Ground Cumin 1 Teaspoons
Chicken (without Skin & Bones) 500 Grams
Vinegar 2 Teaspoons
Curd 1 Cup
Lemon Juice 1 Teaspoons

Directions

  • Put everything but chicken and batter in blender and blend till fine
  • Marinate the chicken pcs with the resulting mixture
  • Keep in the fridge for 40 minutes.
  • Put chicken in batter
  • Deep fry it until its colour changes to golden brown Condiments
  • Serve the chicken pakora with coriander or mint chutney or tomato ketchup
