Ingredients used in INDIAN STYLE CHICKEN TACOS
• Wheat dough - half cup.
• Chicken(boiled small pieces) - 150 grams.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon.
• Creamy cheese - 2 tablespoons.
• Onions(long slice) - 1/4 cup.
• Bell pepper(long slices) - 10 slice.
• Cucumber(long slices) - 10 slice.
• Lettuce(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Cheese(grated) - 1/4 cup.
Method:
Make 2 roti of wheat dough. Boil chicken and cut into small pieces. Take a bowl and add chicken, pepper powder, salt, mayonnaise and mix it. Spread creamy cheese on roti, on one side of it add onions, bell pepper, cucumber, lettuce, chicken mixture, grated cheese and fold it. Heat the tawa and place the tacos and cook on both side. *Now the hot Indian style chicken tacos are ready to serve with any sauce.*
