Description: This Cucumber Pickle, my mother's dish really tastes well. Main reason i liked this pickle coz it can be had with rice or chapati or puri or parota. and it requires only 1 tsp of oil.....
Recipe of Cucumber Pickle
|Tamarind Paste (thick)||5||Tablespoons|
1. firstly finely chopp the cucumber or cut it into very small pieces. 2. add salt and turmeric to the cucumber paste. 3. add tamarind paste to the cucumber paste 4. take a mixi jar and add 3 tbsp mustard seeds and 4 chillis to it and grind well. 5. mix that in the cucumber paste. 6. in the same jar grind the gingely and also add it to the paste. 7. now tamper it with jeera, mustard seeds, red chilli and a pinch of hing. 8. mix it well after tampering it. 9. can garnish it with coriander. 10. finally a gud look and a yummy tasting cucumber pickle is ready.
it will lasts for 2-3 days if it ket in refregirator. Instead of tamarind paste we can hav lemon juice also.
