Ingredients used in Satay Peanut Sauce
• Fish sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Coconut milk - 1/4 cup.
• Jaggery - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Roasted ground nuts coarsely - 1 cup.
• Garlic chopped - 1 tablespoon.
• Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Chilly paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Heat sesame seed oil add garlic chopped, coarsely ground roasted peanut, mix it. Add jaggery, coconut milk, Soya sauce, fish sauce, chilly paste, salt, add roasted peanuts, lime juice, mix it up, cook on a slow flame for 2 minutes.
