Ingredients used in Ginger Chicken
• Chicken breast - 500 grams.
• Ginger - 3 pieces.
• Black pepper powder - half tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Yogurt - 2 tablespoons.
• Oil - 4 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Cut the ginger intosmall pieces.
  • Mix the garam masala powder , black pepper and salt into the plain yogurt .
  • Heat oil and pour the yogurt mixture in it and stir/fry until the water get evaporated and you can see the oil.
  • Add the ginger pieces and stir fry for 10 minutes.
  • Add chicken pieces and sprinkle littlewater over chicken. Cover pan and let cook for 15 minutes.Stir chicken thoroughly. Cook it till chicken get soft and tender.

Serve hot with chapati or rice.
