Kerala Chicken curry is a very common delicacies food favorite in South Asia particularly in India and Pakistan, Bangladesh, East Asia along with UK, Canada and also the Caribbean. Typically, a chicken curry contains chicken cooked with onion, tomato, coconutor yoghurt dependent gravy flavored with ginger, garlic, chilies and various seasonings.

Indian delicacies have a lot of regional deviation, with numerous versions on the simple chicken curry recipe. Indian chicken curry generally begins with whole spices, heated in oil. A gravy is made out of onions, ginger, garlic, and tomatoes and powdered spices or herbs. Bone-in pieces of chicken are included with the gravy, and simmered till cooked.

In South India, coconut and curry leaves are also preferred ingredients. Chicken curry is generally garnished with cilantro leaves. Even in the country, you can find different versions amongst regions. In Northern India, there the dish might be more cooked with additional spice. You can find the dish in various small stores and also in five-star restaurants. Based on the style of preparation, some variations might be sweeter while some have a much creamier flavor to them because of a good amount of usage of butter.

Typically, a complete chicken--bones and all sorts of, is used to make chicken curry. The bones help to make the dish delicious. Even so, picking out bones in a meal is unwanted, chicken breast meat is necessary. In case you have chicken bones, thigh or leg, drop some in the curry.
