Recipe of Goan style Kokam Curry (sol kadhi)

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Sugar 1/2 Teaspoons
Hing (Asafoetida) Pinch
Green Chillies Finely Chopped 1-2 Numbers
Kokam 8-10 Numbers
1 Glass Of Warm Water ( If Using Coconut Milk & Water ,use 1/2 Cup Of Water & 1/2 Cup Of Coconut Milk) 1 Cup
Pods Of Crushed Garlic 2-3
Chopped Cilantro
Salt To Taste

Directions

Soak the kokam in warm water for sometime and than add all the other ingredients ,stir and enjoy with rice or alone after lunch /dinners, it's considered good for digestion.

this recipe is incomplete. there is no process to make the dish at all!! the way this recipe is written, it seems you just mix everything raw and eat with rice...not done!!!!!!!!!!!!!
