Ingredients used in Green pepper muglai
• Curd - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coconut powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Peanuts - 2 tablespoons.
• Pepper corn (crushed) - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic (chopped) - 10 cloves.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Bell pepper cubes (green pepper) - 5 numbers.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • In a pan dry roast peanuts then add sesame seeds, coconut powder saute it until light brown in colour and blend it to a fine powder.
  • Heat oil in another pan add onions, a pinch of salt, chopped garlic and cook it till onions are transparent.
  • Then add green pepper cut into cubes cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • In the same pan, add grinded powder and mix well then add curd, crushed pepper mix well and let it cook for few minutes at last add chopped coriander leaves
  • At last, sprinkle lemon juice if required.

Green Pepper Muglai is ready to serve.
