Recipe of karela fry

Preliminary steps: step 1)Firstly cut the karela's into round pieces and remove the seeds. step 2)Put the pieces in a bowl, add some water and salt and wash them. step 3)Now put the pieces in the microoven for about 4 to 5 mins by adding some water until the pieces are immersed,also add pinch of salt . step 4)Remove the extra water from the boiled karela. step 4)Cut the onions into small piecec and keep aside. cooking steps: step 1)Take a non-stick pan,put some oil and add mustard seeds. step 2)As soon as mustard seeds splutter add cumin seeds,dry red chilli,curry leaves. step 3)Add the onions and fry them until turns to light brown color. step4)Remove the fried onions mixture and keep aside. step 5)After removing the onions from the pan, put the karela pieces and fry them to golden brown or crunchy. step 6)Now add fried onions, red chilli powder,salt,sugar to the karela and mix well for another 2 mins. Please do try and enjoy karela as its best in medicinal perspective.
Tip 1)we can also boil the karela in case microven is not available. Tip 2)Put the salt,red chilli powder and sugar according to your taste.
