Hi my name is diya and i just love watching your recipe's...you are a great cook, but one thing i want to ask you is,most of your Chinese dishes contain MSG,which is proven not good for health ,is it possible to make dishes tasty with out adding MSG? thank you

Great Kung Pao Reciepe!! However I hope you are aware that sesame oil burns quickly. Therefore I would not use it when initially frying the red chillies. One very important ingredient in my opinion is carrot. Eating spicy food along with a mild tasting carrot would tingle pallets making the meal more enjoyable. By the way, your Hyderadabi Chicken Biryani is da bomb!! Keep up the good work. Best Regards, Sam
