Ingredients used in Chennai Chukka Chicken
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Curry leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chilli powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Chicken legs - 6 numbers.
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Bread crumbs or cheese crumbs - 1/4 cup.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • First, marinate the chicken in water, added all the spices like chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste for 5 hours.
  • After that remove from the water and place it on a tray.
  • In another bowl add egg, chili powder, salt, curry leaves chopped, coriander leaves, gingerand garlic paste mix well and keep aside.
  • In another bowl take maida, bread crumbs, salt mix well and keep aside.
  • Now take the Marinated chicken dip in the egg mixture then in maida mixture really good and keep it on the plate.
  • Now heat oil for deep frying the chicken, fry the chicken till it is golden brown.
