Hello Chef, today I made your Lamb fry with greens fried the way you did in your video with your Saag recipe. Together with Basmati rice and a raita of mint and cucumber. It was the best chef! Thank you for all your lovely and delicious recipes!

looks good but you should be a little clearer about the quantity of the ingredients. Tomorrow I'll be trying your spicy lamb chops, curry leaf rice and I'm adding a bindi bhaji ( Charmaine solomon's recipe) and a raita to the meal. I'
