Ingredients of Basic Lamb Curry

cumin pdr  1 Tablespoons
ginger garlic paste  1 Tablespoons
gr chillies  2 Numbers
lamb  500 Grams
oil  1 Tablespoons
pepper pdr  1/2 Teaspoons
turmeric  1 Pinch
red cilli pdr  1 Teaspoons
coconut pdr  1 Tablespoons
whole garam masala, cardamom,clove,cinnamon  3 Piece
cumin  1 Teaspoons
coriander pdr  2 Tablespoons
coriander leaves  1/4 Bottle
chopped onion  2 Small
salt  1 To Taste


Directions
  1. Add oil to hot pan, add whole spices, cumin and chopped onion. Cook till they are slightly brown at the edges.
  2. Add salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, when cooked add cleaned lamb pieces and cook for some time.
  3. Add chilli pwdr, coriander powder, cumin pwdr andnbsp;mix. Add water and cover and cook for 20-30 min. till lamb is 90%cooked. (You can also cook lamb in pressure cooker).
  4. Add gr chillies, coconut pwdr and pepper pwdr and cook for another 10 min. till the sauce is thickened.
  5. Serve hot with rice, roti or naan.
