Ingredients used in OATS COOKIES
• Butter - 60 grams.
• Powder sugar - 50 grams.
• Vanilla essence - 1/2 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour - 100 grams.
• Oats - 30 grams.
• Baking soda - pinch.
• Cashew nuts - 10 grams.
• Raisins - 5 grams.
Method:
  • In a bowl add butter, powder sugar mix it well and add vanilla essence, mix it again.
  • Take another bowl and add All purpose flour, soaked oats, cashew nuts, raisins, pinch of baking soda, mix it well and transfer this into butter mixture bowl then Mix it like a soft dough and roll the dough into thin sheet.
  • Sprinkle some oats and roll it once. Take the fancy cutter and cut them into nice shapes and arrange them into the baking tray.
  • Bake at 180 degree C for 10 minutes.
  • Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet and serve
