Recipe of Sesame Kadai Mix Vegetable Curry

Tomatos puree  150 Grams
Tomatoes  75 Grams
Green chilly  4 Numbers
Turmeric  1 Pinch
Ginger garlic paste  1 Teaspoons
Sesame seeds white  1 Tablespoons
Sesame seeds Black  1 Tablespoons
Cumin seeds  1 Teaspoons
Whole garam masala (each)  2 Numbers
Pepper corns  1 Teaspoons
Coriander seeds  1 Tablespoons
Whole red chilly  10 Numbers
Green peas  100 Grams
Carrot  100 Grams
Beans  100 Grams
Potato  100 Grams
Paneer  100 Grams
Salt   To Taste
Coriander chopped  1 Bunch

  1. Heat a pan add whole red chilly, coriander seeds, pepper corns, whole garam masala, dry roast them,
  2. add black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds, cumin seeds, kasoori methi, put in a blender and make a coarse powder.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion, salt, cook this till onions are brown, add ginger garlic paste,
  4. cook till raw flavor is gone, add turmeric, half of the made masala, green chilly, chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, red chilly paste, cook this for few minutes, add sugar, diced onion, capsicum,
  5. add water cook it for a minute, add boiled green peas, carrot, beans, potatoes, paneer, mix it well, cook it for 4 to 5 minutes, then sprinkle left over kadai masala, chopped coriander.
  6. Serve this with chapatti, and rice.
