Ingredients used in Sharjah Milk Shake
• Frozen milk - 1 cup.
• Butter plantain - 2 numbers.
• Sugar - to taste.
• Cardamom/elaichi - 2-3 numbers.
Method:
  • Beat up the frozen milk and the plantains together with the required amount of sugar and the cardamom till frothy, in a blender.
  • Pour out the frothy mixture into the glass.
  • Add ice cubes if needed.
