Recipe of Turkey Burger

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Turkey Mince 1 Lbs
Cream 2 Tablespoons
Green Chilli 4 Numbers
Coriander Leaves 1 Bunch
Salt as per taste
Chopped Onion 1/2 Cup
Garama Masala pinch Pinch
Cumin Seeds pinch Pinch
Pepper 1 Teaspoons
Garlic 3 Numbers
Fenal pinch

Directions

  1. Take turkey mince in a bowl add cream ( optional) green chillis chopped finely,coriander leaves,salt,chopped onions,garam masala mix well.In ding chick add garlic,pepper,cumin seeds,fenal add this to turkey mixture mix well.
  2. Take a pan add little oil to it and make a small round dumpling as burger shape cook till it changes its color to brown if you want you can close the burger and cook.use this in  burger in between the burger rolls.

hi i liked the turkey burger recipe. The most funny part that my daughter liked was the dinchiki masala. Some people might be wondering about the mint chutney u applied. So if u could just tell how u preapred it ,it would have been nice. All together it was good nice and simple.
