Recipe of Vegetarian Seekh kababs

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Chat Masala 1 Teaspoons
Garam Masala 1/2 Teaspoons
Green Chillies Finely Chopped 1 Numbers
Garlic Finely Chopped/grated 1 Clove
Spring Onions Finely Chopped 3 Numbers
Baby Salad Spinach Finely Chopped 1 Cup
Carrot - Grated 1 Numbers
Potato Large - Boiled, Peeled And Grated 1 Numbers
Coriander And Cumin Powder 1 Teaspoons
Bread Crumbs 1 Cup
Salt 1 Teaspoons

1) Squeeze the water out of the grated carrots. Use the ready pack baby spinach which is for salads since it has no water and is a pre-washed packet. 2) Mix all the ingredients together and make sure that the mixture binds well with the bread crumbs. You should be easily able to skewer them onto bamboo skewers. Apply little oil all over the kababs. 3) Place on a non-stick cookie sheet and bake in the oven at highest temperature for 14 minutes turning the skewers once after 7 minutes. You may spray some non stick spray on the sheet. 4) Wait for it to cool a little and then carefully remove from the skewers. 5) Garnish with lemon juice and finely chopped mint leaves.
