Recipe of Vermicelli Payasam

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Milk 750 Grams
Sugar 1-1/2 Cup
Vermicelli 100 Grams
Chopped & Fried Dry Fruits 1/4 Cup
Pure Ghee Or Butter 1 Teaspoons


Heat ghee in a pan. Add vermicelli and fry well. Remove from fire and keep aside.
Now heat milk in a bowl and let it boil until the milk reduces to half. When it reduces to half, add roasted vermicelli and cook for a while.
Add sugar and cook until all the sugar melts. Stir in dry fruits. Cool and serve.
