Ingredients used in Potato Chips
• Potatoes (slices) - 1 cup.
• Water - 3 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Remove the peel and slice potatoes thickly with slicer and place it in water.
  • Boil water with little salt in a pan, add slices of potatoes and boil it for 5-6 minutes.
  • Arrange the potato slices in a plate and keep in direct sunlight for 1- 2 day until it dries.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the dried potato slices and serve it hot.

Now ready to serve Potato Chips.
