Ingredients used in Agaraadisil - Sweet Pongal
• Ghee - 1/4 cup.
• Cashew - 6-8 number.
• Cardomon - pinch.
• Milk - 8 cup.
• Jaggery - 1 cup.
• Rice - 1 cup.
• Camphor(edible) - pinch.
Method:
  • Cook Rice and Milk for 20min in low flame.
  • Stir continuously to avoid overflowing..
  • Add jaggery when rice is cooked
  • Fry cashew and raisin in ghee add to it
  • Add cardamom and camphor when ghee oozes out

this is traditional iyengar food....it is called as akkaravadisal... and the recipe is wrong
