Ingredients used in Aloo Chicken Curry With Simple Masala
• Ghee - 1 tablespoon.
• Caraway seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Cinnamon stick - 1 small.
• Mace - 1 number.
• Biryani flower - 1 number.
• Bay leaf - 1 number.
• Pepper corn - 1 tea spoon.
• Star anise - 1 number.
• Cardamom - 2 number.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Potato (pieces) - 2 number.
• Hing - pinch.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Chicken (pieces) - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Take a pan and add ghee, caraway seeds, cinnamon stick, mace, biryani flower, bay leaf, peppercorn, star anise, cardamom, toss well, add chopped onion, salt andsaute till turn slightlytransparent.
  • Add potato pieces,hing, coriander powder, cumin powder and cook by adding milk in small quantities.
  • Now add red chili powder, chicken pieces, toss it and cook with closed lid till chicken piecesturn tender enough.

Serve with rice.
