Ingredients used in Easy Chicken Curry With Onion Tomato Gravy 1
• Chicken (pieces) - 500 grams.
• Cashew nut and poppy seed paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Mint leaves (finely chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 kg.
• Tomato (chopped) - 1 kg.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 cup.
• Cumin powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 cup.
• Turmeric powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
Preparation of Tomato onion gravy: Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add chopped onion, salt (to taste), saute it onions are slightly changed. Then add ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and cook it for about 10-15 minutes with closed lid. now, this gravy can be stored in air tight containers and put it in refrigerator for further uses. Preparation of Chicken curry with Tomato onion gravy: Heat a pan, add 1 cup of onion tomato gravy, 1 teaspoon of cashew nut and poppy seed paste along with some water and mix it well. Add chicken pieces to the above pan and let it cook with closed lid for 15 minutes, after that check the seasoning. To it, add garam masala powder, mint leaves, coriander leaves, mix this and serve this hot.
