ALOO BUJIYA PAPAD CHANA CHAT

Ingredients used in ALOO BUJIYA PAPAD CHANA CHAT
• Chick pea flour - 1/2 cup.
• Potato - 1 number.
• Garam masala - 1 pinch.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
• Chick pea - 1/2 cup.
• Onions(chopped) - 1/2 number.
• Tomatoes(chopped) - 1/2 number.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 1 number.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Hung yogurt - 1/2 cup.
• Chat masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Sev - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add chick pea flour, boiled and mashed potato, garam masala, butter, turmeric powder, salt and make a dough.
  • Take the dough and roll into sheet and do docking with fork.
  • Take a diamond shape mould and cut into pieces like as shown in video.
  • Heat oil in a pan, deep fry the pieces and transfer into paper towel.
  • Take bowl and add mashed chick pea, onions, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, yogurt, chat masala, lime juice and mix nicely to make creamy mixture.
  • Spread the creamy mixture on the alu bujiya papad and garnish with coriander leaves, sev.

Now the aloo bujiya papad is ready to serve.
