Ingredients used in ALOO RAITHA
• Finely chopped onion - half small.
• Fresh corriander, chopped - few springs.
• Potato boiled - 1 number.
• Water - half cup.
• Plain yogut(fat free, lowfat or full fat) - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chilli powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Crushed cumin seeds - half tea spoon.
• Finely chopped tomato - 1 small.
Method:
  • Put the yogurt in a glass or plastic bowl and add the water, salt, cumins, and red chilli powder. beat with a fork till very smooth. add ther cooked and cooled potato cubes, chopped tomato, onions and most of the corriander. Mix well.
  • Garnish with a tiny tiny pich of red chilli powder and a little chopped corriander.

serve cold.
