Ingredients used in AMLA CHUTNEY
• Amla (indian gooseberry) - 10 no.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Garlic - 6 clove.
• Cumin seeds - half tea spoon.
• Coriander seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Salt - to taste.
• Fenugreek powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Green chilies chopped - 5 no.
Method:
  • Remove seeds from amla and cut into pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, green chilies, curry leaves and saute it.
  • Add amla, saute it for 2-3 minutes and keep aside for rest.
  • Transfer into blender, add salt, fenugreek powder and blend into coarse paste, later transfer into a bowl.

Now Amla Chutney is ready to serve with rice.
