1.Take a pan and add dry coconut pieces,peanuts,pepper corns,tarmarind,sesame seeds,
pinch of salt and just saute it nicely for few mins.
2.Then take electric blender and make it fine powder.
3.Take a pan heat the oil,then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds,chopped brinjal,
chopped onion,pinch of hing,pinch of turmeric,add 1tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
