Ingredients used in BANANA HOMEMADE BISCUITS
• Banana - 2 number.
• Egg - 1 number.

• Sooji/semolina - 1/2 cup.

  • Now, add egg, vanilla essence, butter, sooji, all purpose flour, powdered sugar, half the amount of almonds and cashew nuts and mix it nicely.
  • Make a soft dough and with a small portion of it start rolling it.
  • Cut into different shapes-star, round, diamond with the moulds or cutter you have, just dip the mould in flour and cut so that the dough won’t stick.
