Ingredients used in BANANA HOMEMADE BISCUITS
• Banana - 2 number.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Vanilla essence - 1 tea spoon.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Sooji/semolina - 1/2 cup.
• All purpose flour - 2 cups.
• Powdered sugar or sugar - 1 cup.
• Almonds - 1/4 cup.
• Cashew nuts - 1/4 cup.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Take banana’s and mash it with a masher.
  • Now, add egg, vanilla essence, butter, sooji, all purpose flour, powdered sugar, half the amount of almonds and cashew nuts and mix it nicely.
  • Make a soft dough and with a small portion of it start rolling it.
  • Cut into different shapes-star, round, diamond with the moulds or cutter you have, just dip the mould in flour and cut so that the dough won’t stick.
  • Deep fry them in hot oil and take them on tissue paper, once they turn golden brown.
  • Now dust some sugar powder on it and enjoy.
