Ingredients used in Horlicks Oats Pumpkin Roti
• Horlicks oats - 1/2 cup.
• Pumpkin (grated) - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ajwain powder/carom seeds powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper (crushed) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Saffron water (saffron strands soaked in water) - 1/4 cup.
• Butter - as required.
Method:
  • Grind Horlicks oats to a coarse powder and keep aside.
  • Now prepare a mixture of grated pumpkin, salt, ajwain powder, crushed pepper.
  • Also, add powdered Horlicks oats and make it to a stiff dough with the available moisture of pumpkin.
  • Make small dumplings of the prepared dough and roll them into rotis.
  • Now roast the rotison both sides by applying saffron water and butter.

DeliciousHorlicks Oats Pumpkin Rotis are now ready to serve
