Ingredients used in Beef Stir Fry
• Lean rump steak - 500 grams.
• Spring onion (chopped) - 3 numbers.
• Garlic paste - 1 clove.
• Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Carrot - 2 numbers.
• Zucchini - 1 number.
• Mushrooms - 100 grams.
• Snow peas - 100 grams.
• Corn flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon.
• Chili sauce - 1 tablespoon.
• Peanut oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Trim meat of excess fat. Cut into strips.
  • Heat oil in a large panover medium heat. Saute garlic, ginger and spring onion till fragrant.
  • Add beef, cook over high heat for 3 min. or until browned.
  • Then add carrots, mushrooms, zucchini and snow peas, stir fry for 3 min.
  • In a small bowl, add cron flour , water, soy sauce and chili sauce, mix well.
  • Add to to pan stirring until sauce boils and thickens. S

Serve with cook rice.
