Ingredients used in Biyam Pindi Dosa
• Rice flour/biyam pindi - 2 cup.
• Green chillies - 5 piece.
• Coriander leave - 1/2 bunch.
• Jeera - 1 tablespoons.
• Onion - 1 small.
• Garlic - 2 clove.
• Curry leaves - 10 leaf.
• Salt - 1 to.
Method:
For Grinding : Jeera, green chilies, coriander leaves, onion, garlic, curry leaf and slat (not too smooth paste) Procedure : Take rice flour in a mixing bowl add grind paste and mix well and little by little water make it as thick as buttermilk consistency. Now heat non stick or normal griddle and apply some oil and pour the batter on it and keep the lid and cook for 1 minute and flip the dosa another side and roast it. You can serve this dosa with any chutney or mango rasam.
