Ingredients used in BOODIDHA GUMMADI GARELU
• Boodida gummadi koru - 1 cup.
• Black gram - 1 cup.
• Green chilli paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - 0 to.
• Onions grated - 1 cup.
• Asafoetida - 1 pinch.
• Oil - 1 to.
• Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Whole garam masala - 1/2 teaspoons.
Method:
1. Soak black gram before 6 hrs. 2. After soaking grind them and make a thick paste add green chillies, salt, grated onion, asafoetida, gummadi koru, mix soda in it. 3. Take another pan and heat it, now in the form of fritters place them on a plastic cover. 4. Then deep fry them in oil. 5. Now the dish is ready to serve and this can be served with rice and dal.
