Ingredients used in DUN DOSA
• Dahi (curd) - 4 tablespoons.
• Poha - 1 cup.
• Rice (unboiled) - 3 cups.
• Cooking soda - half tablespoon.
Method:
  • Rice , poha , dahi to be mixed for 4 hours .
  • Grind it in mixture. at the time of preparing a dosa , add cooking soda to it . mix it well and prepare short circular dosas . For decoration and to add a taste , you can also add ,chopped green paper , chopped onion , coriander .
  • Dosas will become fluffy .
