- Take a bowl, add buttermilk, onion round slices and marinate for overnight.
- In a plate, add all-purpose flour, salt to taste, red chili flakes, pizza seasoning and mix it.
- Now, coat onion slices with all the above-prepared mixture and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, deep fry the onion rings and transfer to a plate.
Now Buttermilk onion rings are ready to serve.
