Ingredients used in Cabbage Omelet
• Cabbage (roundel) - 1 number.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Ginger (finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Potato (grated) - 1 tea spoon.
• Eggs - 2 number.
Method:
  • Beat 2 eggs in a bowl by seasoning with cumin powder, coriander leaves.
  • Fry cabbage roundel like as shown in hot oil.
  • Now add finely chopped ginger, garlic, green chilies, pepper powder, salt and cook it.
  • Then pour it on top of the cabbage roundel by turning on another side.
  • Later grate potato on top and cook it on both sides.
  • Delicious Cabbage Omelet is now ready to serve.
